The Ministry of Basic, Higher, and Technical Education (MBHTE-BARMM) was honored as the champion, while the Bangsamoro Board of Investments (BBOI) and the Ministry of Public Order and Safety (MPOS) secured the 1st and 2nd runners-up positions, respectively. These achievements reflected the commitment of government agencies to leveraging technology to enhance public services and improve accessibility.
