Bangsamoro CSOs, BARMM promote CM-ACTS to connect the Bangsamoro Government to its people.
Office of the Cabinet Secretariat of the Office of the Chief Minister-BARMM formally accepted the CM-ACTS with high commitment to take responsibility of the operations and sustainability of the digital application that shall help achieve moral governance.
Other offices under the OCM-BARMM such as the Information and Communication Office (ICO); Bangsamoro, Information and Communications Technology Office (BICTO) and the Bangsamoro Information Office (BIO) likewise expressed their commitment and support to the management of the CM-ACTS making it more responsive for the Bangsamoro people.
Jonathan M. Mantikyan, PhD.IT, Executive Director II of BICTO graces the event and deliver his message of support to the official turnover of the CM-ACTS last 20 February 2023 at Jehan Hall, Al-nor Hotel, Cotabato City.
CM-ACTS is developed in relevance to the project: Enhancing CSOs Capacities towards Inclusive Development Intervention in BARMM in Support to Bangsamoro Transition (SUBATRA-ECSO), specifically for Output 4.5 Awareness of communities about BARMM projects is raised, including their rights and obligations under BARMM.
