His Excellency President Ferdinand R. Marcos graces the National Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Summit 2022 at The Manila Hotel, Wednesday, 26 October 2022.
His attendance at this year’s ICT summit is in line with his administration’s bid in pursuing a digitized and technologically-inclined form of government that will be benefited by the Filipino citizens.
Similar to the Enhanced 12 Point Priority Agenda of the Chief Minister Ahod B. Ebrahim of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) item no. 2 Digital Infrastructure and E-Governance and in pursuing Moral Governance in the region.
The Bangsamoro Information and Communications Technology Office (BICTO) headed by Jonathan M. Mantikayan, PhD.IT (Executive Director) and Arnold S. Cararag (Cyber Security Specialist of BARMM) attended the summit as the official representative of BARMM.
This year’s ICT summit carries the theme, “Toward a Citizen-Centric, Inclusive and Sustainable eGovernance Ecosystem #BuildBetterMore” encompasses the Marcos administration’s bid to digitalize all government services in all state departments and offices that aims to a more efficient, effective and prosperous Philippine government and economy.
